2009-10 SCHOOL TOURS

Exhibits include Flowing Through Time - a look at early settlement and the environment in central Minnesota; On Solid Ground - the history of the granite industry; 75 for the 75th ... - objects from 75 years of collection at the Museum; and The Pan Motor Company - the rise and fall of Sam Pandolfo and his automobile company. ARTI•FIND challenges students to discover artifacts listed in rhymes. Whether you choose a scavenger hunt through the exhibits or a guided tour by volunteer docents, students will have a fun, engaging experience. Students may also view a film. Subjects include: land conservation and the granite industry. Or have fun with Little Rascals.

The Stearns History Museum is located in a 100-acre park in west St. Cloud at 235 South 33rd Avenue. The park has 4 miles of walking trails.
