Shipping/Order Fulfillment Policy

Items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the time your order was placed using the U. S. Postal Service (First-Class). No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email or phone. If the delay is due to a backorder, you will be given the option to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order.

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on the total dollar value of your order. Overnight and rush delivery are available for an extra charge. If you are an international shopper please note that all prices reflect only Domestic U. S. rates. Upon confirmation of an international order, we will email you with the additional shipping charges. All online orders require credit card payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.

Returns Policy

All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, in-house credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from date of invoice. All custom orders are non-refundable.

We ask that you call or email us at info@stearns-museum.org or call us at 1-866-253-8424 for return authorization and instructions so that we may credit your account properly. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. All shipping charges incurred due to the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid! We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
