An Ideal Place for Meetings and Special Events

Plan your meeting and special events at the Stearns History Museum! Located just minutes off of I-94, our Museum environment provides a tranquil setting with free parking. The meeting room holds up to 50 people classroom style, 80 dinner style, and 120 theater style. Whether it's a training session or a party, the Stearns History Museum cultivates a positive image for your company or organization. Your guests can also enjoy the Museum's exhibit gallery as well.

Room Rental Fees

Nonprofit: $115 - With lobby $155

For Profit: $160 - With lobby $200

Equipment: $10 per item. *Powerpoint equipment is not available. Internet net access is also not available.

Renter makes own catering arrangements.

Hours space is available: Monday -Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m. $20 after- hour supervisory fee. *No evening rentals unless user is supporting member or organization collaborating with the Stearns History Museum.
