The Museum is available on a limited basis for meetings and special events. Located just minutes off of I-94, our Museum environment provides a tranquil setting with free parking. The meeting room holds up to 50 people classroom style, 80 dinner style, and 80 theater style.

Meeting Room - $200/Day   or    $100/Half Day
Board Room -   $150/Day    or     $75/Half Day
Grounds -       $650/Day   

Non-Profit Organizations, Stearns County School Districts:
Meeting Room - $180/Day  or    $90/Half Day
Board Room -    $130/Day  or   $65/Half Day
Grounds -          $650/Day

Evening Events (anything after 5:00 PM):
Meeting Room/Board Room - $60/hr
Extra Staffing Required -      $50/hr

Equipment Rental:
  • $10 per item - Dry erase board, easel, or extension cords 
  • $50 per item - 100 or 50 cup coffee pots, 72" projection screen and projector, or Smart Board






Available Hours: Monday -Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.  Additional fees for after hours.
